The seller supplies the text of this policy. This page is the place prepared for it — we do not publish it in this state. Below is the list of points the policy has to cover.

What it has to cover

  1. Data controller: full company name, address, contact details.
  2. Operator data: the account, billing, support requests.
  3. Data from the demonstration form: name, email, phone, equipment description.
  4. Guest photos: only the finished photo goes to the cloud, under a random code, for 14 days after the event ends.
  5. Legal bases and purposes for each category of data.
  6. Retention periods, separately for the account, billing records and photos.
  7. Data recipients: AI model providers, email, SMS gateway, payment provider, hosting.
  8. Transfers outside the European Economic Area and their legal basis.
  9. Division of roles: who controls guest data and who processes it.
  10. Data subject rights and how to exercise them.
  11. Cookies: at launch the site uses no analytics and no advertising pixels.
