The rules for using the Boothivo app and buying packages.

Document to be completed before launch

The seller supplies the text of these terms. This page is the place prepared for it — we do not publish it in this state. Below is the list of points the terms have to cover.

What it has to cover

  1. Who provides the service: full company name, address, tax number, contact details.
  2. What the service covers: the Windows app, packages of billable results, support.
  3. The operator account, downloading the app and topping up a package.
  4. Prices and billing: the fee per billable result, what is not charged, VAT invoicing.
  5. The separate AI model cost on the operator's own account — not part of our price.
  6. Payments, refunds and the right of withdrawal.
  7. Operator duties: their own AI account, guest consent for photos, their role towards guest data.
  8. Liability and its limits, including for AI models provided by third parties.
  9. Service availability and the rules of support.
  10. Complaints: procedure and deadlines.
  11. Changes to the terms and how they are announced.
  12. Governing law and dispute resolution.
